International Deliveries

As a service to our customers we ship worldwide, in partnership with DHL Global Forwarding and Convelio for our white glove service to provide a fully insured, seamless shipping and delivery experience.

Insured Global Air Freight

10 - 20 days fully insured with tracking worldwide.
Pricing is available at checkout.

Insured Global Sea Freight

30 - 58 days fully insured with tracking worldwide.
Pricing is not at checkout please contact us for a quote.

Delivery Options

In Addition to our freight options, you must choose between a curb side delivery or a white glove delivery service.

White Glove Delivery

Available for all pieces and involves the installation, unpacking,
packaging removal, placement and checking of the piece in the room of your choice.
The delivery team is trained to handle each piece with precision and care.

Curb Side Delivery

This includes delivery to the shipping address
at street level in front of the building. It is the client’s responsibility to
move the piece indoors and arrange for installation as required.

Insurance & Tracking

As part of providing an transparent and secure service to our clients, all our shipments are fully insured. Tracking information and progress updates are provided to you while our team closely monitors transit.

Fully Insured

All international shipments and transports
managed by Paloma Editions are fully insured. Any claim must be made
immediately, within 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery Monitoring

You will be provided with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
Our team will closely monitor the delivery and keep you informed in
preparation for coordinating the delivery date and time window.

  • Our shipping partner will schedule the delivery at the day and time that works best for you. They will unload, unpack, check and install the product in the room of your choice.

  • Our shipping partner will unload your crate or package at the front of the building or delivery address.

  • Yes you can request a preferred delivery date. There is no guarantee, as many factors can influence an international delivery but we will do our best to accommodate your request and inform you of all the options to adhere to your preferred timeline.

  • Yes you can request to hold a delivery until your project is ready to receive the item at the time of making an order and we will do our very best to accomodate. We can not accomodate for this request after an order is placed.

  • When you contact us at contact@palomaeditions.com our client care manager will reply to you and follow your order from start to finish. If you would like to speak to someone specific, please let us know.

  • Yes these are two seperate phases of the process, however you will be kept up to date and informed on every stage of the process (we also love sharing photos of your piece in process at our ateliers!)

  • Tracking information will be provided to you in addition to progress updates from our team.
