How Paloma Editions Works
Most of our pieces are made to order and are shipped directly from our ateliers in Europe to your door step. Some of our pieces will available immediately, meaning we are holding stock in one of our locations and can be dispatched within 5 days of placing an order.
The Order Process
Our Team takes care of everything from customisation requests, sample management and logistics to any destination worldwide.
Placing an Order
Simply checkout online, call us or request a request. Please contact our team if there is a piece you are interested in.
Production Begins
As soon as your order has been received, we start production. Every week during the production phase you will receive an status update.
Ready for Dispatch
Once production is complete and the piece is ready for dispatch you will be informed and the piece will be collected from the atelier by our preferred freight partner.
Insured Shipping
You will be provided with tracking information. You will also receive status updates from our team who closely monitor your shipment.
Out for Delivery
Once your piece is ready to be delivered to you, we will notify you in advance to coordinate a delivery date and time window with our delivery partner.

All our products are manufactured in Europe and designed in Australia. All of our products are made in close proximity to their material origins.
